Please Be Aware...
If you are 15 Minutes late for your appointment, we will NOT have enough time available to preform your piercing and we will be forced to move on to the next scheduled client. Your appointment will have to be rescheduled.

In Minnesota, legal piercing of minors (under 18) requires the parent or legal guardian to be present during the procedure, sign a release form, and provide specific documentation. Required documents include the minor’s original birth certificate, a photo ID for the minor (school ID, permit, or passport), and a government-issued photo ID for the parent/guardian.

Minor's Proof of Age/Identity: Original birth certificate (often required to verify parentage) and a photo ID (school ID, state ID, or passport).

Parent/Guardian ID: Valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or military ID).

Proof of Guardianship: If the last name or address on the parent's ID does not match the minor’s birth certificate, legal proof of name change (marriage certificate) or guardianship documents must be provided.
